Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Common Good Labs is committed to making Arlo CMMS (“Arlo”) usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Our commitment

We aim to ensure that Arlo:

  • Can be operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Works with screen readers and other assistive technologies, using meaningful labels and structure.
  • Presents text with sufficient colour contrast and supports browser zoom and text resizing.
  • Respects the operating system’s “reduce motion” preference.
  • Provides clear, descriptive page structure, headings, and form labels.

Measures we take

  • Accessibility is considered in design and development of new features.
  • We test with keyboard navigation and automated accessibility tooling.
  • We review and remediate issues reported to us in a timely manner.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some areas of Arlo may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA; where we are aware of limitations, we are actively working to resolve them. We welcome feedback that helps us improve.

Accessible formats & communication supports

On request, we will work with you to provide information about Arlo in an accessible format or with communication supports, in a timely manner and at no additional cost.

Feedback & how to contact us

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in Arlo, or need information in an accessible format, please contact us — we want to hear from you:

We will acknowledge your feedback and respond as soon as we reasonably can. Your feedback helps us identify and remove barriers.

This statement applies to the Arlo CMMS web application and is reviewed periodically as the product evolves.
